WHERE · TORONTO LOW-RISE HOMES

Find the territory.
Confirm the property.

Postal codes help orient the enquiry. They do not identify condominium ownership or establish who may authorize work on a roof.

A prefix match still needs property and roof-responsibility confirmation.

Condos are excluded—even when they are low-rise.

This enquiry route is for detached, semi-detached and freehold townhouse properties where roof responsibility and authority can be confirmed. Condo townhouses, condo apartments, high-rises and shared condominium roofs are excluded. Ask the corporation or building management about the appropriate service route.

Four downtown-core exclusions

M5B, M5G, M5H and M5J are outside this selected territory. This is a business boundary, not a claim that every building in those areas is a condo. All other matching prefixes still require a property check.

Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering and other municipalities outside Toronto are excluded. M7R and unlisted or special postal assignments are not accepted. A full-code format check does not confirm that a code is assigned or validate an exact address.
