Browser-local tools

The postal screen, enquiry form and review pack run in the browser. This build has no customer database, account or online photo-upload endpoint. Review-pack files are selected locally; preparing a record does not transmit their contents to the website or an AI provider. No form autosave is provided.

Downloads and photographs

A download creates a local file under your browser’s download behaviour. The photo record contains the selected images. Image metadata is not stripped. Check for faces, address labels, neighbouring property, location metadata and security details before sharing. Keep original evidence separately.

WhatsApp, text and AI services

The enquiry buttons pass the prepared message to the selected messaging application; you decide whether to send it. An AI review requires you to choose a service and upload or paste material yourself. Those services have their own privacy and retention practices. This website cannot control information you send to them or to the contact.

Ordinary hosting records

The host may record ordinary request information for operation and security. This build adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External reference and Maps links lead to services with their own policies.

Contact and correction

Ask the contact how an enquiry you send is handled, or request correction or deletion of information you supplied. Do not include payment details, entry codes or private identity documents in the initial enquiry. Confirm who will provide the inspection before sharing sensitive access information.
